Experience:
As Director VAMNICOM, she is spearheading training programmes for Cooperative banks and Cooperative societies, for good governance, management and policy formulation. There has been a special focus in bringing inclusivity in Cooperative trainings through Women focused training.
As VAMNICOM is a Secretariat to the National Cooperation Policy and report to the committee under the Chairmanship of Shri Suresh Prabhu, Dr. Hema Yadav, Director, VAMNICOM has been involved in drafting and coordinating the necessary secretarial assistance, logistical and technical support for the meetings of National Cooperation Policy.
As Director CICTAB, Centre for International training in Agriculture Banking, she has been involved in organizing number of training programmes for SAARC countries and African Countries on rural finance and banking . The Centre is playing an important role in international cooperation. She has publications in leading Journals and newspapers. She holds academic degrees in MBA and Masters in International Business.
As Director, ICM, Pune, training programmes for the State of Maharashtra have been accelerated.
Qualification: B.Sc.(Electronics), M.C.M., CTFC (BIRD LUCKNOW), Ph.D
Experience: Graduated in Electronics from Shivaji University Kolhapur, Dr. Divekar holds Masters Degree in Computer Management from the same university. He completed his Doctoral Research on topic “Impact of Core Banking System implementation on Business Performance and Profitability of Urban Cooperative Banks from Pune City” from University of Pune and was awarded Ph.D in year 2013. He holds total experience of over 25 years in the field of Information Technology (IT) which includes 22 years of academic experience, besides experience of IT consulting, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT infrastructure management, Software development. He has provided consultancy to Cooperative Banks for automation projects, especially for Core Banking System implementation. He has several publications to his credit in English and Hindi on the subject of IT implementation in cooperatives. ERP, Core Banking System, Business Intelligence are his are of interest.
Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri), M. Sc. Agri (SSAC)
Experience: Graduated in B. Sc. Agri from VNMKV university Parbhani, Mr.Bodke holds Masters Degree in M. Sc. Agri. With specialization in Soil science and Agril. Chemistry with distinction from the same university.
He completed his Masters Research on topic - "Studies on effect of foliar application of water soluble fertilizers on yeild and quality of soybean".
He has published five research papers in reputed journal.
Presently working as Lecturer at ICM Pune.
Qualification:B.Com, M.A. Economics, SET (Economics), PhD Economics (Pursuing)
Experience:
· Worked as Assistant Professor for 2 years at Prof. Ramkrishnamore College, Pune.
· Started a Commerce Academy in 2019.
· He has overall Teaching experience of 4+ years.
· Worked as Secretary for Prayaas Youth Foundation, a charitable organization working prominently in Pune region, towards betterment of Society since 2019. He has been managing all the Financial and Legal matters of the organization such as fund raising, fund management, programme financing, charity submissions etc.
· He is also pursuing his Doctorate from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the subject of Economics.
