Experience: 1) Worked for 10 years in the private sector as senior Marketing Executive for INOX group of Companies worked as Lecturer at ICM, Pune and ICM, Chennai and as Deputy Director at RICM, Chandigarh and presently working as Deputy Director at ICM, Pune.

2) Teaching Experience of 20 years since 1995 taught subject like Management, Marketing, Banking, Law and Agri-marketing and Agri business

3) Specialize in Marketing and Law and possess the professional qualification in both the subject.

4) Conducted many need based training programme in the Institute which includes programmes for Cooperative Banks, PACS, Consumer cooperatives, Sugar Factories, Labour Cooperatives, Housing Cooperatives, DGR for Armed force personnel.

5) Organized many training programmes at Taluka Level for PACS of Pune District on Business Development Plan and 97th Constitutional Amendment. Delivered lecture on special invitation to Cooperative Banks, PACS, J.T.C., Urban Credit Society federation, and District Central Cooperative Banks.
