Experience:

As Director VAMNICOM, she is spearheading training programmes for Cooperative banks and Cooperative societies, for good governance, management and policy formulation. There has been a special focus in bringing inclusivity in Cooperative trainings through Women focused training.

As VAMNICOM is a Secretariat to the National Cooperation Policy and report to the committee under the Chairmanship of Shri Suresh Prabhu, Dr. Hema Yadav, Director, VAMNICOM has been involved in drafting and coordinating the necessary secretarial assistance, logistical and technical support for the meetings of National Cooperation Policy.
As Director CICTAB, Centre for International training in Agriculture Banking, she has been involved in organizing number of training programmes for SAARC countries and African Countries on rural finance and banking . The Centre is playing an important role in international cooperation. She has publications in leading Journals and newspapers. She holds academic degrees in MBA and Masters in International Business.

As Director, ICM, Pune, training programmes for the State of Maharashtra have been accelerated.
